When starting any business, entrepreneurs like yourself will want a clear idea of the investment you will need to make to give your new business its best chance of succeeding. With so many options available to invest in, you might be wondering, “Are pizza franchises profitable?”
The initial Mr Gatti’s franchise cost comes in the form of our standard franchise fee. Our Mr Gatti’s Pizza family entertainment center (FEC) is $50,000, with an estimated total initial investment ranging from $2,033,733 to $3,608,900. This franchising cost incorporates a suggested unit size of around 12,500 square feet to accommodate the game center and buffet restaurant in each of our FEC locations.
The initial required franchise fee for a Mr Gatti’s Pizza Delivery and Carryout only (DELCO) location is $25,000, with a total estimated initial investment ranging from $195,087 to $604,177. This is structured to be a more affordable pizza franchise fee, as the DELCO locations are more streamlined compared to our FEC model.
This website and the franchise sales information on this site does not constitute an offer to sell a franchise. The offer of a franchise can only be made through the delivery of a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). Currently, the following states regulate the offer and sale of franchises: California, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. If you are a resident of one of these states, we will not offer you a franchise unless and until we have registered the franchise (or obtained an applicable exemption from registration) and complied with the pre-sale disclosure requirements that apply in your jurisdiction.
