BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – While statistics indicate that Domino’s Pizza, Pizza Hut, and Little Caesars are America’s most popular choices for pizza, one chain that retains a cult following in Baton Rouge made a grand return to the capital area Monday, June 6.
Mr. Gatti’s pizza, located at 5888 Essen Lane, reopened its doors for the first time in months after temporarily closing earlier this year for renovations.
The remodeled eatery now features a buffet with classic fan favorites and a brand new game room.
Since the family-friendly restaurant’s doors reopened at 10:30 a.m., fans have been dropping in for a taste of the pizza that’s made its return to Baton Rouge just in time for summer.
